Debby Manley is the Human Resources and Administrative Manager at The World Justice Project. WJP is an independent, multidisciplinary organization working to create knowledge, build awareness, and stimulate action to advance the rule of law worldwide. Prior to joining the WJP, Ms. Manley was the Human Resources Manager for the Corporation for Enterprise Development, an organization working at the local, state and federal levels to create economic opportunity that alleviates poverty. Ms. Manley holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
