Guy Marie is the chief agronomist and agronomy team coordinator for Karitas Pawas Lachandlè in Gros Morne, Haiti which maintains experimental gardens and offers agronomy formations at the Jean Marie Vincent Center. He studied agronomy at the Damien campus of the State University of Haiti.

Michelle Lapointe is the Deputy Legal Director for the National Immigration Law Center (NILC). Michelle Lapointe focuses on immigration enforcement, workers’ rights, and education issues. As a litigator, she has worked for more than a decade to advance and defend the rights of low-income immigrants and their families, primarily in the Deep South.
