Douglas Rivlin is the Director of Communication for America’s Voice and America’s Voice Education Fund. He previously served as Communications Director and Deputy Chief of Staff for Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez (D-IL) and Director of Communication at the National Immigration Forum. He previously worked for UPenn’s Annenberg Public Policy Center (Washington Program), the Children’s Defense Fund, and the Voice of America. He graduated from the Annenberg School for Communication at UPenn and the University of California at Santa Cruz (Oakes College). He is married and still lives in his hometown, Washington, D.C.
