
Program Manager
Fred is the Program Manager at Quixote Center. Since 2006 he has served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador and has worked for 6 different nonprofits at the grassroots level either facilitating workshops focused on women empowerment through entrepreneurship and agroecological practices in Latin America and the Caribbean or managing teams of educators and volunteers in community development programs in Ecuador to help at-risk youth break the chains of poverty through education. Fred is passionate about social, economic and environmental justice and is excited to be working with Quixote Center to contribute to the dismantlement of oppressive systems and structures. He is trilingual in English, French and Spanish, holds a BA in Economics from Boston University and a MSc in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
