Program Manager
Fred is the Program Manager at the Quixote Center. Over the past 17 years he has worked for 6 different nonprofits at the grassroots level either facilitating workshops focused on women empowerment through entrepreneurship and agroecological practices in Latin America and the Caribbean or managing teams of educators and volunteers in community development programs in Ecuador to help at-risk youth break the chains of poverty through education. Fred is passionate about social and environmental justice and is excited to be joining the Quixote Center to contribute to this mission. He is trilingual in English, French and Spanish, holds a BA in Economics from Boston University and a MSc in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
