Hastings (D-FL), and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) are circulating a "Dear
Colleague Letter" asking World Bank President Robert B. Zoellick to grant complete debt cancellation to Haiti and suspend immediately all further debt service payments from Haiti.
