Earlier this year a coalition of human rights organizations from Mexico published a report (in Spanish w/English translation of prologue and executive summary) on human rights abuses in the vast and growing United States migrant detention system. April Days of Action is an annual event organized by the SOA Watch, an organization founded with a singular mission: to close the military training facility known as the School of the Americas or the more recent and (intentionally?) more difficult name: The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC).
